Default Elementalist / Necromancer Build

Hi, this is my Level 14 Elementalist/Necromancer Build. Please take note that I am only up the Shiverpeak Mountains.

Anyway, this Build has been serving me well for as long as I know, and has rarely failed me. Please leave your opinions and comments on it, thanks

1)Flare
2)Aura of Restoration
3)Resurrection Signet
4)Suffering
5)Deathly Swarm
6)Armor of Earth
7)Shadow of Fear
8)Mark of Pain

Attached is the build so you can see what each spell does.

I have 69 Energy and 390 HP.

Use fireball instead of flare, it is more energy efficient. Also, I wouldn't break the attributes into so many different ones. You're best to keep it 3-4 at max.
1)Flare --> fire magic
2)Aura of Restoration--> energy storage
3)Resurrection Signet --> none
4)Suffering --> curses
5)Deathly Swarm --> death magic
6)Armor of Earth --> earth magic
7)Shadow of Fear --> curses
8)Mark of Pain --> curses

what a mess.
Keep it in 2 attributes.
Fire's strength is AoE. Flare is horrible.
Aura of Restoration does nothing. You might think it does, and it sometimes looks like it does, but really, it doesn't.
Suffering reads: "The mob you cast this on is hexed". It has no other perceptible effects.
Death magic is for minion making or highly specialized spiking(toxic chill etc). The other dmg spells in the line suck, specially compared with something like fireball.
In PvE you don't need any kind of self-protection spells in an elementalist, you have henchmen to keep you alive.
